Yes. Your appointment fee is fully redeemable against clothing purchases. Your stylist will help you apply it when you shop.
During-store-hours appointments include dedicated time with a stylist while the boutique remains open to other shoppers. After-hours appointments take place outside regular opening hours. The Exclusive Sanctuaire experience reserves the entire store privately for two hours, Monday–Friday, within 10am–6pm.
Of course. Add their name in the optional favourite-stylist field when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your preference, subject to availability.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a refund or reschedule. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, your fee becomes store credit for a future purchase. This credit does not include a private shopping or fitting appointment.
